When you make reels this week, these are trending up so now&#8217;s the time to use the sound. Then, keep reading for a tip of the week you can implement right away on Instagram.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Trending Songs\/Sounds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The Good Part by @ajrbrothers <\/strong>&#8211; A couple of ideas I&#8217;ve had for this one are to have a photo of your &#8220;For Sale&#8221; sign in a yard or show a quick video of you in your car driving and then when he finishes singing &#8220;Let&#8217;s skip to the good part&#8221; you can show photos or videos of closings, sold signs in yards, under contract signs&#8230;you know? The good part \ud83d\ude09. Red flag memes are over Instagram right now, so this is the Reels version. It&#8217;s got the music to &#8220;Can&#8217;t Touch This&#8221; but says &#8220;Red Flag&#8221;. This one would be great to (kindly) call out annoying things when you&#8217;re selling or buying a home. I think one about a big bank lender would be funny, red flags when looking for an agent, or red flags when looking at an appraisal. It can really be anything where there&#8217;s an opportunity for things to go sideways. A perfect way to show what you do that sets you apart from other agents. Do you stage? Yes. Do you get professional photos &amp; video? Yes. Do you market on social media? Yes. This will ensure that when someone goes to your main page (where all of your grid posts are) they&#8217;re going to see your face. The point of using social media for our business is to gain trust with our followers and it&#8217;s easiest to trust people we see regularly. This is super important and something you&#8217;ll want to build in whenever you&#8217;re planning out your content!
