When you make reels this week, these are trending up so now&#8217;s the time to use the sound. Then, keep reading for a tip of the week you can implement right away on Instagram. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trending Songs\/Sounds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Owen Wilson says Wow by @raisedbyowls<\/strong>: Literally just Owen Wilson saying &#8220;wow&#8221; with a lot of different intonations and emphasis. This is perfect for a really pretty home you&#8217;re showing, you can just take photos and then pop them in so it lines up with all his &#8220;Wows&#8221;. You could also do a year in review with each of your closings, showing a photo of you with your clients or sold signs in the yard of each of the homes you&#8217;ve listed and sold. Anything someone would be proud of and say wow, A LOT. It&#8217;s easy, just photos, and it&#8217;s gotten over 60k views while she has 20k followers!<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CS6htsfCRww\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CS6htsfCRww\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" target=\"_blank\">Original Audio by @netmums<\/a><\/strong>: &#8220;Is it me, am I the drama? I don&#8217;t think I am&#8230;&#8221;. This is one of my favs, mostly because of all the cute babies, however, it can be used for anything that&#8217;s frustrating with listing or buying a home. You could video yourself looking at a stack of papers with &#8220;APPRAISAL&#8221; written on it, you could show a drippy faucet with text saying, &#8220;final walk through probs&#8221; (doesn&#8217;t need to be an actual listing), if you&#8217;re comfortable with transitions\/being 2 people&#8211;you could do a chat with the &#8220;inspector&#8221; (you in a hat with a fake mustache) and you could mimic talking while the &#8220;inspector&#8221; is lip-syncing, &#8220;Is it me? Am I the problem&#8230;&#8221;. There are a lot of possibilities for this sound! Found a spider? Set the house on fire! Kids making a mess, house on fire! Decorating for Christmas, light it up. So funny and an easy one to use. I think it would be funny to use for anything about your home. If you find your significant other&#8217;s socks laying around, take a slow zoom and then show your face (lip syncing or not). This is the most valuable space on your Instagram, it&#8217;s always there and you want to make sure that it stands out, it&#8217;s informative, and hooks your audience. It should be like a billboard. As a REALTOR\u00ae, your first line should have your name, REALTOR\u00ae, and the areas you serve. The rest of your bio should show a little of your personality and have some information to draw in your ideal client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In search, Instagram prioritizes your bio along with your handle, so make sure that you&#8217;re sharing something that your ideal client would be interested in.
