For the week of 10.17-10.23
Here are a few of the top trending songs/sounds on Instagram at the moment. When you make reels this week, these are trending up so now’s the time to use the sound. Then, keep reading for a tip of the week you can implement right away on Instagram.
Trending Songs/Sounds
- The Good Part by @ajrbrothers – A couple of ideas I’ve had for this one are to have a photo of your “For Sale” sign in a yard or show a quick video of you in your car driving and then when he finishes singing “Let’s skip to the good part” you can show photos or videos of closings, sold signs in yards, under contract signs…you know? The good part 😉. This would be easy to do for anything where it can feel like a lot of work and then showing how much it means when you’ve made the sale or gotten your buyers their dream home.
- example to check out: @lindseywilliamsphotography’s reel where she’s showing a bts look at a baby photo shoot and then she shows the final images. So cute and a really versatile song.
- Original Audio by @thesocialimpact.au – This is pretty funny. Red flag memes are over Instagram right now, so this is the Reels version. It’s got the music to “Can’t Touch This” but says “Red Flag”. This one would be great to (kindly) call out annoying things when you’re selling or buying a home. I think one about a big bank lender would be funny, red flags when looking for an agent, or red flags when looking at an appraisal. It can really be anything where there’s an opportunity for things to go sideways. Just be mindful and make it fun, I definitely wouldn’t use a real-life example of a transaction or anything.
- example to check out: @coffeeandcontracts did a cute one about social media marketing that I thought was cute!
- Yes by @lmfaoofficial – Just lip sync “Yes” whenever they sing it. A perfect way to show what you do that sets you apart from other agents. Do you stage? Yes. Do you get professional photos & video? Yes. Do you market on social media? Yes. I think this is a cute way to show off your business and how much you do for your clients!
- example to check out: @ruthyanntaylor is a REALTOR who’s going over some basics about what she offers!
Tip of the Week
Show your face on your grid at least once every 9 posts. This will ensure that when someone goes to your main page (where all of your grid posts are) they’re going to see your face. The point of using social media for our business is to gain trust with our followers and it’s easiest to trust people we see regularly. This is super important and something you’ll want to build in whenever you’re planning out your content! Let me know if you use this already or how it works for you when you start using this tip!
