• Original Audio by @whisperingcreekacres: This is a great sound to show off things you collect that people might think are a little excessive or weird. Think, A LOT of Christmas decor or Christmas trees in every single room. I also saw a REALTOR list out expenses a buyer needs to be ready to pay for when purchasing a home.
  • example to check out: @sarahlynnbowser is showing her coffee cups she uses on Zoom (they’re all cute little forest animals).
• Fly as Me by @brunomars: A great sound for a house tour. If you’ve seen a new build that’s modern and sexy, this is a perfect sound for it. This sound is just starting to trend so if you have a pretty home, now is the time to show it off with this audio. If you want to use it for a more personal reel, use this sound with a transition to show you getting ready for a party or for a date night.

• Original Audio by @tallblondebell: to stay with the holiday spirit, here’s an audio remix of Sleigh Ride. This is a great sound for a video you have of a local Christmas event or Christmas lights in your neighborhood. Could also be used to show a holiday night out or a holiday party with friends or family.
  • example to check out: @katiedreamcatcher uses the sound to show some cute holiday photo ideas! This one is really cute and it seems like she’s turning it into a series which is always a good idea!

Tip of the Week

Last week I talked about getting your face in your stories every day, if possible. This week I figured I give some ideas to start so you can get used to it. Now is the perfect time to practice, lots of buying and selling is slowing down so you may have little more time on your hands to get comfortable talking to the camera.

• Share a local restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, favorite place to hang out. This is easy because the focus is more on the business and not on you. Just introduce yourself and the business and video a little bit! (make sure to tag the restaurant and the location, they may share your story!)
• Walking through a home you’re showing to sellers and talking about its amenities and location.
• Getting a listing ready? Share a little teaser about it. Location, rough price point, any new features you want to share. This ALWAYS gets people in my DMs.
• Talk to your followers about life while waiting in carpool or talk through getting dinner ready (yes, doordash counts 😉). Share your home decor or something new that you bought and love, anything that feels natural.
